oo1. This site follows the rules of Proboards Terms of Service. This means we are PG-13, with allowance to limited profanity, violence, and other mature content. Yes, given the fandom, we're well aware there will be an amount of this, but don't go graphically overboard. Anything that violates this to an extreme degree will receive a warning and then be taken down off the site.
002. Log in every day (if you have multiple accounts, with all of them). Make an effort to do something. We don't have a ridiculous word count or post count per week, but if you join and run without a reason, we run and delete you. There are activity checks on this site, monthly. It really shouldn't be a problem. If you're not going to be around, that's fine. post an absence. Otherwise, you're considered inactive and your characters put back up for grabs.
003. Please follow general laws and behavior. If its not something you'd want done on your site, we probably don't want it done on ours. Plagiarism is illegal. I really feel like this should be a given, but yet on every single site there always seems to be someone that thinks they can copy info from another source, change a few words, and claim it as their own. No. You can't.
004. Mary sues aren't welcome. We know that in the nature of the fandom, there's lots of potential for angsy, abused, traumatized, family-less anti-heros and other steriotypes, but please please please try to have a good understanding of what you're writing about, balance out strengths and weaknesses, and create a method behind the madness so that you're character is believable and enjoyable. If you have questions, ask, and if we ask you to fix something, don't be offended. We just want everything to be as accurate and fan as possible.
005. Don't be rude, don't be immature, don't pick fights with members ooc or argue with the staff. Treat others how you want to be treated and if you cause repeated problems we're going to have to give you consequences.
